It is also strongly convinced that the constant improvement of performance can’t be separated from the development of the culture of quality processes applied in respect of the personnel safety , as required by the standard OHSAS 18001.

The General Management of the company Brinver Srl is committed in providing equipment , financial and human resources to pursue the objective of continuously improving the workers’safety and health , as part of its business and strategic commitment as compared to more general purpose company.

These objectives are pursued through the following actions:

• Maintaining an effective system of safety management projected towards continuous improvement, and the relevant certificate issued by an accredited entity, according to the requirements of the international standard OHSAS 18001;
• Increasing and maintaining an high level of compliance with the current regulations, and other requirements subscribed by the organization, in terms of health and safety at work;
• Pursuing the maintenance and improvement of satisfying working state for the whole staff, acting in accordance with laws and regulations;
• Identifing and analyzing the risks involved in the working sites by setting a specific plan of action for the elimination and / or control of the risk itself;
• Minimizing the risks associated with the use of machinery, plants and equipments, the use of chemicals substances, fire hazards present in the workplace;
• Preparing working methods and organizational aspects in a manner that protects the health and safety of workers, company assets, third parties and the community in which the company operates;
• Considering the protection of the health and safety of workers as corporate target to reach and constantly improve through the adoption of appropriate plans and programs;
• Considering the security issues even during the selection of suppliers / contractors.

The General Management is also committed to continuously provide the tools and resources necessary to ensure:
